A Westmoreland County man is facing charges over a road rage attack that started on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Authorities say suspect Robert Palscak began driving aggressively and following the victim when he was cut off at the Pittsburgh Interchange. Both drivers exited at Route 30 and pulled over before Palscak got out of his vehicle holding a pocket knife, punching and stabbing the other man in the ear as he tried to defend himself with a baseball bat, according to officials.
The suspect has been charged with assault.
