Only three preliminary hearings are scheduled for today, but one of them is for Ronald Eiselman, Jr., who is charged with two drug-related crimes.
The 38-year-old Indiana man was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver after investigators said he sold 6.5 grams of crack cocaine during two controlled drug purchases in January of this year. The Indiana County Drug Task Force said that officers conducted the buy after learning he was reportedly trafficking drugs through Indiana Borough.
He was placed in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
