The use of force on a man in Lower Burrell back in February was a justified act.
That’s the word from Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli. Police responded to a scene on Rodgers Drive February 15th with reports that a man was firing off shots into a neighboring home. At the scene, Jordan Lindner reportedly barricaded himself inside his home for more than three hours — at one point shooting at SWAT officers who returned fire hitting him.
Lindner faces charges including attempted homicide.
