In Westmoreland County, a man accused of threatening a municipal worker with a handgun appeared in court yesterday.
Reports say that Mykola Prut threatened the worker who was sent to shut off his water Wednesday morning.
Prut was arraigned Thursday on charges including aggravated assault.
