Charges were filed on Tuesday in connection with a reported burglary on the last day of 2025 in Indiana Borough.
Police say on December 31st, 27-year-old Caleb Krecota of Indiana entered a home in the “00” block of North 10th Street and took items from the house. He was charged with burglary and conspiracy to burglary. He was picked up by police on March 30th on an arrest warrant by the Indiana County Sheriff’s Office when he appeared at District Judge Christopher Welch’s office for an unrelated hearing. A preliminary hearing on the burglary charges is set for April 16th.
