Charges are being filed against an 80-year-old driver following a February wrong-way crash on I-70.
Authorities say that Daniel Oliver drove several miles in the wrong direction before crashing his SUV into three tractor trailers in Hempfield Township.
Oliver was arraigned yesterday on charges that include risking a catastrophe, DUI and reckless endangerment.
