Authorities say a Trafford man is recovering from several stab wounds after being attacked by his step-son.
Officers arrested Timothy Rosario who was found Saturday night standing on Westmoreland Road holding a large stick over his head. The victim was found nearby with apparent stab wounds to his head, stomach and shoulder. Police say Rosario claimed it was a matter of self-defense.
Trafford Borough Mayor John Daykon says the alleged stabbing happened during a “family situation” and residents were never in any danger.
Rosario faces charges including attempted homicide.
