A man is facing charges after allegedly exposing a child to cocaine in Westmoreland County.
Authorities say 38-year-old Al-Don Pryor was charged this week after an eight-year-old child who had been in Pryor’s care tested positive for methadone and cocaine. The alleged incident happened last October in New Kensington.
Pryor faces charges of endangering the welfare of children.
