Charges are being filed against a man accused of assaulting a protester in Greensburg.
Greg Powers was demonstrating outside of the Westmoreland County Courthouse on Tuesday when he says the suspect cut across traffic and drove up on the sidewalk near him before instigating a confrontation.
Specific charges have not been announced.
