The Chevy Chase Community Center has announced Mark Buterbaugh as the new director of operations.
He has held various leadership positions with many companies in Indiana County, including Indiana Printing and Publishing, S&T Bank and other organizations. Along with that, Buterbaugh has been seen as a person committed to community engagement as he has organized events to support inclusivity, support local initiatives, and assist with emergency response efforts. A Dixonville native, he currently serves as the President of the Board for the Indiana Theater.
In a statement, the Center’s Executive Director Jenny Rairigh said that Mark will make a positive impact in his new position, saying his “leadership skills are impressive and his commitment to the goals of the Center and our community are evident to anyone who talks with him.”
