From the US National Weather Service
We expanded the Winter Weather Advisory to all counties in our forecast area east of I-77. The new counties are in effect until midnight, while the rest of the original advisory remains in effect until 5 PM tomorrow. The advisory was issued where evening impact to roads is thought to be highest. Just starting to collect reports, but 2-4″ seems to be the range for many areas so far. Rates are beginning to relax in eastern Ohio, and they will follow suit in West Virginia and Pennsylvania by mid to late evening. Think another 2-3″ may be seen, with isolated higher totals possible particularly in PA, before it tapers off. More scattered snow showers are then expected overnight into Tuesday
