A tornado watch has been issued for parts of New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia until 8 PM EST.

Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?

Keep it the way it is. No ID of any kind required.
Some sort of ID required
Photo ID, with exceptions for religious purposes
Strict photo ID, no exceptions
