A Greensburg man is charged with animal cruelty for reportedly exposing a parakeet to alcohol and marijuana.
Criminal counts have been filed against 40-year-old Timothy Grace. Greensburg police responded to Callaghan’s Bar on February 21st after a bartender called dispatchers to report that Grace had the bird in his pocket and claimed that he made the animal drink beer and ingest marijuana every day.
The parakeet also had a broken leg and was placed under vet care, according to officials.
