At the WPIAL 2A Swim Championships at Pitt yesterday, the Indiana girls took a first-day lead of eight points, 175-167, over Franklin Regional, while the Indiana boys are in second place, trailing Northgate, 121-115.
Among the highlights, defending state 50 free gold medalist Joshua Reed of Indiana, who is also the defending WPIAL champ, won it again yesterday with a time of 20.90 seconds.
