Preliminary hearings are on the schedule today for Indiana County’s District Courts.
One of those due for a hearing today is Jason McCunn. He is charged with Aggravated Assault-fear of imminent serious bodily injury, fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment for an incident on January 30th of this year.
A second case will be for Tige McAfoos of Blairsville. He is charged with conspiracy related to simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness for an incident on December 20th of last year.
Both hearings will be held today in front of District Judge Robert Bell Sr.
