A Latrobe man accused of threatening a worker at an assisted living facility is pleading guilty to charges.
According to reports, Ryan Hoover entered Kelly’s Personal Care Home in Unity Township at in October of last year and told a worker that she would be dead if she refused to perform a sex act on him. The victim refused and Hoover left. State Police later arrested Hoover who pleaded guilty on Wednesday saying he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.
Hoover has been sentenced to two months of house arrest and five years of probation.
