A Rossiter man is accused of drug-related crimes in connection with a traffic stop on Tuesday.
State police from the Punxsutawney Barracks conducted a traffic stop on Block Ridge Road in Bell Township just over the Jefferson County Border. When police pulled over 27-year-old Tyler Tipton, they found he was under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Details on what he had were not released.
Charges will be filed once toxicology tests are completed.
