A Greensburg police officer convicted on federal crimes is being ordered to repay her pension benefits.
Former officer Regina McAtee pleaded guilty in 2024 to charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine after having retired in 2023. The Greensburg police pension commission is calling in McAtee to repay more than 75-thousand dollars in benefits that she had received.
McAtee’s attorney calls the order ‘piling on.’
