Charges are being filed against a Westmoreland County nurse accused of having sexual relations with a patient.
Police say that Dana Coxon was working at Torrance State Hospital in 2014 — in a unit that hosted a program for criminal sex offenders — when she engaged in sexual activity with the patient.

Coxon has been charged with institutional sexual assault. The State Board of Nursing has already suspended Coxon’s nursing license.
