The Penns Manor School Board will meet tonight.
On the proposed agenda for the meeting is the approval of the 2026-27 ARIN IU Budget. The intermediate unit earlier this year approved advertising a budget that tops out around $3.9 million. Penns Manor’s share of the budget would come to $22,748, which is a decrease of $266 from the last budget cycle.
Second reading of several policies is also on the agenda, with topics ranging from exemption from instruction, attendance and truancy, and weapons. The board will also look to approve the annual evaluation of Superintendent Daren Johnston’s performance of his duties.
The meeting starts at 7:00 at the district office.
