The NFL has released the official order for this year’s draft, which will take place in Pittsburgh on April 23rd, 24th, and 25th. The Steelers will pick 21st, just behind the Cowboys and ahead of the Eagles. Of their AFC North rivals, the Browns will pick sixth, the Bengals tenth, and the Ravens fourteenth. The Browns will also pick 24th in the first round with a choice acquired in a trade with Jacksonville.
The Raiders, Jets, Cardinals, Titans, and Giants have the first five picks in this year’s draft. You can check out the entire first round draft order below.
Steelers legend Terry Bradshaw told an Arkansas radio station yesterday that Aaron Rodgers told new Steelers coach Mike McCarthy before McCarthy’s hiring that he would come back for another season in Pittsburgh.
McCarthy and Rodgers were together for 13 seasons in Green Bay, compiling a 108-62-1 record and winning a Super Bowl (over the Steelers). Rodgers also won two of his four NFL MVP awards playing for McCarthy.
