The White Township Planning Commission will meet tonight, and on the agenda is a major subdivision plan for a new housing development in the area of Rustic Lodge Road.
The plan comes from Castleford Partners LLC and will feature 30 ranch-style buildings in the 600 block of Rustic Lodge Road at the former site of the Indian Springs Mulch property. Township manager Chris Anderson said this will include roads, sewer systems and other items, and called it one of the biggest housing developments for the township to come in the last few years. No word yet if the buildings will be single-family dwellings or apartments.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 tonight at the White Township Municipal Building.
