Pennsylvania State Police said an 18-year-old driver was cited following a single-vehicle crash Feb. 6 on Cloe Rossiter Road in Bell Township, Jefferson County.
Troopers said Willah R. Van Horn of Stump Creek lost control of her car while negotiating a slight left-hand curve, causing the vehicle to spin and strike a guide rail before coming to rest in the roadway. Police said she was wearing a seat belt and suffered suspected minor injuries.
The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.
