The rescheduled closure of Wehrum Road in East Wheatfield Township takes effect tomorrow. The road is being closed for a bridge replacement where River Road meets Wehrum Road, and it will last until September 11th. The detour will utilize Route 22, Route 403 Cramer Pike, and Rexis/Wehrum Road.
It’s a $3.93 million project to replace the bridge carrying River Road over Mardis Run, scheduled for completion in April of next year.
