Indiana County First Responders were called out six times on Thursday for a variety of cases.
Activity started at 8:44 yesterday morning as Elderton Fire Department was sent out to assist EMTs with an incident on McCreight Road in Armstrong Township.
At 10:36 AM, Commodore fire officials were sent to Susquehanna Township in Cambria County to assist their crews with a structure fire on Walnut Avenue. Details on the fire have not been released.
A gas leak was reported at 7:24 PM on Sarah Street in Center Township. Homer City Firefighters were sent out for that detail. Aultman fire department was sent at 9:56 PM for a smoke investigation on Old Route 56 West in Center Township.
Two automatic fire alarms were also reported yesterday: One at 12:13 PM on Father Martin Telenson Lane in Cherryhill Township. The other was on Old Route 119 in White Township, bringing Indiana Fire Association members out at 1:35 PM.
