More preliminary hearings are on the docket today for Indiana County’s District Courts.
Among them is a hearing for 24-year-old Joshua Neese of Creekside. He was charged by authorities with possession of child sexual abuse material, along with failure to provide accurate registration information and failure to verify address in connection with an investigation on January 7th. Neese was sentenced in 2024 to serve time in state prison and to register as a Megan’s law offender for charges of statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors for incidents investigated in 2023.
Another hearing on the schedule today is for 42-year-old Joshua Lee Helman of Indiana, who faces two counts each of simple assault and harassment for incidents on January 26th.
The hearings today are before District Judge Anthony Sottile.
