A Jeannette man is charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed an e-bike rider in Hempfield last year is now in custody.
Investigators say that William Sever was driving his roommate’s Kia on the night of July 31st when he hit 19-year-old Jayden Lynch. Sever driving on a suspended license — having lost his driving privileges on a previous DUI conviction.
Sever is being held without bail and has a court hearing scheduled for next week.
