Jury selection is scheduled to begin today ahead of the homicide trial for Thomas Stanko.
Stanko is the Unity man accused in the death of his former girlfriend, Cassandra Gross. Investigators claim Stanko killed Gross back in 2018 and burned her body.
The suspect has maintained his innocence over the years.
