The family of a man who died in a 2024 Westmoreland County motorcycle crash is filing a lawsuit.
Twenty-five-year-old rider Roger Davis Jr lost control of his bike on Route 356 and crashed — suffering injuries that led to his death ten days later.
Davis’ parents are suing Allegheny Township, Westmoreland County and PennDOT saying the scene of the accident has a history of crashes that officials failed previously to properly address.
