More advisories are being issued as the cold snap continues for our area.
Along with the cold weather advisory that is currently in effect for our area this morning, the National Weather Service has issued another advisory that will start at 7:00 tonight and runs through 11 tomorrow morning. Tonight, wind chill temperatures are expected to hover between five-below and 15-below zero. Once again, an extended freeze period could cause problems for water pipes and could result in hypothermia for people if they are not bundled up properly. People should remember to bundle up and continue measures to prevent pipes from freezing.
