According to the official measure recorded at the Pennsylvania American Water Company Two Lick Filter Plant, the current winter storm that is ending today has dumped 10 inches of snow.
The plant is located in White Township. The total could differ with measurements taken in other areas of Indiana County.
A total of 22.7 inches is reported for the month of January, with the overall winter total standing at 35.9 inches. That compares to 24 inches reported at this time last year.
The high temperature for the 24-hour period ending at 7am today was 19 degrees. The low temperature for the 24-hour period ending at 7am today was 9 degrees. The high one year ago was 35 and the low one year ago was 3.
