Most impactful snow today and tonight will be in Northwest PA where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 10am today through 10am Thursday. Additionally, light freezing rain may mix with snow this afternoon in the Advisory area.
Elsewhere, generally a dusting (or less) to an inch of snow is expected outside the ridges. Areas south of Pittsburgh will likely see rain mix in at times.
Additionally, there is a low probability for light freezing rain/drizzle this afternoon and evening across the ridges as snow changes to rain but ground temperatures remain below-freezing. We will continue to monitor this threat.
