Rostraver Township authorities are turning over the investigation of a recent incident at a local Walmart store to state police.
A video of the incident at the heart of the matter has gone viral and shows a woman being approached at the store and being asked how she could afford her house before being targeted with a slew of racial slurs.
Anyone with information on the man in the video is asked to contact police.
