BOYS BASKETBALL
Homer-Center beat Portage 63-47. Top scorers for the Wildcats included Joey Kosmack with 16, Louie Rodman with 14, Nash Budner with 12 and Gabe Cobaugh with 11. Tyson Burkett lead Portage with 12 points while Tegan Kick and Gavin Bobolsky each had 10.
Marion center lost tonight against Northern Cambria 64-53. Leading scorers for the Stingers were Kamden Rozier with 15 and Hayden Fox with 12. Alec Brudnock added 11.
United’s Carter Payne scored 24 points tonight to get exactly 1000 for his career as he lead the Lions to a 91-27 win over Purchase Line. Dimitri Worthington had 16 points and Ryan Felix also contributed 12 points for United. None of the Red Dragons scored in double-figures.
Conemaugh Township had four players in double figures as they defeated West Shamokin, 58-34. Colin Dinyar led the way with 15 points, Brennan Lohr had 14, Greyson Studer 11, and Erik McClemons 10 for the Indians. Andrew Krizmanich led the Wolves with 10.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Macie Miller had 28 points to lead Marion Center to a 59-39 win over Moniteau. Alivia Ruddock had 12 while Avery Ruddock had 11 of her own.
