Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas will have mostly DUI-Criminal Call hearings on the schedule today, but there is a probation revocation hearing for a woman who was convicted of child endangerment.
Court documents show that 28-year-old Ellie May McCausland will go before President Judge Thomas Bianco for the hearing. In 2021, McCausland was ordered to serve time in county jail and three years of probation upon her release for a guilty plea to the charge of child endangerment. That stemmed from an incident in March of that year when her son had overdosed on opiates. The boy was revived using naloxone before he was taken to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
