A Homer City man was cited after a hit-and-run Tuesday afternoon in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Troopers said Brian T. Elkin, 48, was driving a Ford Transit south on Route 119 around 3:04 p.m. when he struck the driver-side mirror of an unoccupied, legally parked Chevrolet Silverado along the berm and then fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
