The Norwin School District says it is in need of school bus drivers.
The district’s contracted bus company, First Student, is facing a driver shortage due to illnesses and retirements. First Student is offering a sign on bonus of up to 75-hundred dollars and a starting wage of 22-dollars and 20-cents per hour in an effort to get more drivers.
