Dry weather settles in today and tomorrow, but rain returns Tuesday night into Wednesday and a cold front brings dropping temperatures and a changeover to snow Wednesday night into Thursday.

Pennsylvania is one of fifteen states that does not require any form of identification in order to vote. Meanwhile, eight states require photo ID in order to vote with no exceptions. What should Pennsylvania do?
