A Pittsburgh man was sentenced in Indiana County Court on Friday.
Indiana County Judge Michael T. Clark ordered 36-year-old Zachary Afshar to serve one year of probation each for charges of harassment and disorderly conduct. Judge Clark ordered the sentences to run consecutively. He also had his probation revoked for a case of criminal trespass and resisting arrest from 2022. He was then placed on probation for three years.
Also sentenced yesterday was Carl McIntyre for possession and driving while his license was suspended in one case and failure to register with state police in the other. He was ordered to serve between six months and five years in Indiana County Jail.
