The 4,655 square foot facility will sit on the former Rustic Lodge property at the intersection of Oakland Avenue and Rustic Lodge Road. The property will have 64 parking spaces and room for 82 seats inside the facility, along with plenty of room for drive-through service. One of the concerns brought up by officials was having traffic back out onto Rustic Lodge Road if things get too crowded. That is something that Justin Thornton, civil engineer from Colliers Engineering and Design, said the company wants to avoid.
The site plans will be brought forward for final approval next Tuesday at the Planning Commission’s voting meeting.
