The Penns Manor School Board has a busy agenda for the school board meeting tonight.
On the agenda for tonight is the approval of the ICTC Budget, which comes to $7,175,403. Penns Manor’s share of the budget would come to $382,287 before any Vocational Education subsidies are put in place. The board will also look ahead to the summer months, as they look to approve hiring teachers and instructional assistants for both the extended school year program and the elementary school summer learning camp program. The board will also hire a high school credit recovery teacher for the summer months.
Also on tonight’s agenda is the contract with Raimondo Restoration for $40,400 to complete wall repairs at the high school and elementary school, the purchase of 170 Chromebooks, and an agreement with Canton Driving School for driver’s ed services.
The meeting starts tonight at 7:00 in the district boardroom and can also be streamed online through the district’s YouTube channel.
