The charges continue to mount for a Westmoreland County Jail inmate.
Reports say that 26-year-old Javaun Miller was being booked on a terroristic threat charge on December 28th when he assaulted two guards during a pat-down. Miller reportedly elbowed one guard and punched another in the face three times.
Miller appeared in court Friday on new charges of assault stemming from that incident.
