A Johnstown man is facing charges related to a public drunkenness incident on New Year’s Day.
Indiana Borough Police say they were called out to the 400 block of Oak Street at 1:59 AM for a report of a lost man. Police found 19-year-old Zachary Davis-Reese of Johnstown intoxicated to the point that he was a danger to himself and others. He was taken into custody, and was found carrying a fake Pennsylvania ID card. He was placed in Indiana County Jail, while the charges were filed through district judge Anthony Sottile’s office.
