The first baby of 2026 has arrived at IRMC.
Lydia Jane Wallace was born on the evening of January first at IRMC’s “It’s a Wonderful New Life” Maternity Center. She weighed six pounds, eight ounces, and measured nineteen inches long.
Lydia’s parents, Lea Steadman and S. Chip Wallace of Export, received a special gift from IRMC to mark the occasion and celebrate the start of their journey as a family.
Hospital officials say they’re proud to share in the moment and extend their congratulations and best wishes to the Wallace family.
