The suspect in a fatal Westmoreland County shooting is being held without bail on a charge of criminal homicide.
Thirty-year-old Robert Naugle Jr of Hempfield reportedly called police Wednesday night to report that he had walked in on his wife and another man and shot the man.
Police responding to the scene found the victim dead and arrested Naugle.
