Several new laws will soon take effect in Pennsylvania with the calendar now turned to 2026.
On January 6th, schools across the Commonwealth will be required to notify parents, guardians, and employees whenever a weapon is found on school property.
Starting on January 23rd, insurance companies will be required to provide coverage for early breast cancer detection.
And on January 27, the CROWN Act takes effect, which bans discrimination based on hairstyles in Pennsylvania.
