Bail has been set at a hundred-thousand-dollars for a man accused of breaking in to a Westmoreland County nursing facility.
Reports say that 41-year-old Daniel Sebulsky broke into the Harmon House Health & Rehab Center Sunday night and urinated and defecated before fleeing the scene.
Sebulsky was later arrested in a hospital emergency room — telling police that he had been seeking help while being chased by three men when he entered Harmon House. He faces a list of charges.
