A low pressure system is forecast to move into the area after midnight Tuesday. For most locations, there will be a quick transition from snow to rain. For the ridges and the I-80 corridor, there is a greater chance for a wintry mix resulting in light ice accumulations, which could cause roads to become slick early Tuesday morning.
