Here is the expected outlook for temperatures through the beginning of the new year. It seems there is a chance for above normal temperatures. Normal temperatures for Pittsburgh are upper 30s for highs and mid 20s for lows.
A disturbance is forecast to arrive Monday night into Tuesday morning. With cold air in place overnight, the system could begin as a wintry mix before changing to all rain, potentially affecting travel conditions north of Pittsburgh.
