PITT VOLLEYBALL
For the fifth straight year, the Pitt Panthers are in the volleyball Final Four. The Panthers have lost all four previous times, but they take another swing at it tonight against upset-minded Texas A&M, which shocked Nebraska in their Elite Eight matchup.
If Pitt wins, they would play the winner between Texas and Wisconsin on Sunday for the national title.
PITT BASKETBALL
Pitt nailed 16 three-pointers in a 103-63 pasting of Binghampton last night, snapping their three-game losing streak. Four players were in double figures for the 6-6 Panthers, led by Barry Dunning Jr. with 23. Brandin Cummings scored 17, Nojus Indrusaitis, 16 and Cam Corhen, 14.
